Search all possible means of communication for bulk purchasing opportunities for staples such as water, non perishable food items, blankets, toilet-paper, tarps, etc...

Bargain with (local) businesses that seek to capitalize on the sheer volume of business

Federate distribution of funds to sub-groups which have a degree of autonomy, but try and keep account of purchases and monitor cost-effectiveness if possible

Implement a feedback system for participants with potential improvements

Important Suggestion (this suggestion can be put at any other place in fact I do not know where to put it for the serious people):
We need a 'virtual bank' to avoid using the currency called 'dollar' among ourselves.Because the government of USA can act in any wild manner it does not do so at present because the government thinks that this revolution can be easily corrupted or crushed.In this connection the government of USA has began to introduce its agents who pose to be revolutionaries who use diverse tactics to misguide or divert the peoples revolution or dampen it or discourage people (or encourage on wrong points).Therefore we must be here to help those who give sacrifices for this peoples revolution like caring the families of the people who are killed by the government( because the government is duly heading to frustration)
,imprisoned or injured at least.Virtual money transfer like bitcoin is not a bank or a virtual bank I think rather I define a virtual bank by an entity which possesses the data of the people who are willing to offer their assets,services,or money to the peoples revolution out of their free will at the time they want to.Those people are the back bone for the perpetuation of the peoples revolution.What is my new idea is that we can solicit/approach other people who trust our revolution and ideas but are not donors in order to request them for the funds for the peoples revolution which shall be returned to them on the time those lenders wish to while treating our donations as a guarantee for the lenders.This can help us to overcome eventualities.I have put this idea on http://occupywallst.org/article/mr-auctioneer-new-yorkers-call-moratorium-foreclos/#comment-93152 in a different way.
